How fast can you come out?
For urgent jobs we offer same-day service across Cairns wherever we can fit you in. Call us and we'll give you a straight answer on timing, not a vague window.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use family-safe, low-tox products and brief you on re-entry timing before we start, including the fish tank, the chooks and anyone with allergies.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and in writing. No upsells, no surprise fees, the price we quote is the price you pay.
What suburbs do you cover?
All of Cairns and Far North Queensland, the city, the northern beaches, the Tablelands and the Cassowary Coast. If you're not sure you're in range, just ask.
How does the 6-month guarantee work?
Every general pest treatment comes with a written 6-month guarantee on your invoice. If the pests come back inside six months, so do we, at no charge.
