Do pest control properly, with a Cairns crew.
We’re a growing, locally owned business that backs its people with proper training, good gear and fair pay. If you take pride in your work and look after customers, we want to hear from you.
A team that’s treated like the customers.
We run the business honestly, without the corporate nonsense, and we put that into how we look after our crew. Here’s what you get on day one.
You work across Cairns and the beaches with a tight local crew, and you’re home every night. No interstate call centre, no FIFO roster.
We fund the licences and ongoing training so you can grow into termite and timber-pest work, and into team-lead roles.
A well-kept ute, reliable equipment and proper products, so you’re set up to do the job right, not rush it with the cheapest off the shelf.
A competitive base plus real recognition for skill and the hard yards. We’d rather pay well and keep good people than churn through them.
A small, supportive team and an owner who’s still on the tools, knows your name and has your back when a job gets tricky.
A clear path from trainee to technician to team lead as you earn tickets, with the business growing fast enough to make room.
Where you could fit in.
